2026 Dealer Pricing Policies
In an effort to maintain FOUNDATION Outdoors’ premium brand image, the company has implemented a dealer pricing guide. FOUNDATION Outdoors agrees to adhere to the same MSRP and discount periods outlined in this guide.
By purchasing products through the FOUNDATION Outdoors B2B portal, the dealer agrees to adhere to all FOUNDATION Outdoors pricing policies, including Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), approved promotional periods, and not to exceed the maximum allowable discount rate of 20%.
Furthermore, the dealer agrees not to sell FOUNDATION Outdoors products through any third-party online marketplaces and may only offer these products for sale online via the dealer’s own branded website.
